This website

These pages are static. No tracking cookies, no advertising, no analytics that identify you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use your data for marketing. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law, to process an invoice, or as set out under Processors below.

Simulation tools

Tools published here and at cropsimulator.com record that a page was opened and how many calculations were requested. This is usage measurement, not tracking: we do not build profiles, we do not follow you across sites, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors. Where a tool runs under a customer account, the record is tied to the account rather than to a person.

If you submit the feedback form, we receive what you wrote, and your email address if you chose to give one, so that we can reply.

Client project data

Data you provide for a project (measurements, records, trial results) is handled as confidential and is normally not personal data at all. Where it does contain personal data, we act as processor on your instructions and a data processing agreement (verwerkersovereenkomst) is provided on request.

Processors

We use a small number of suppliers who process data on our behalf: our website and email hosting provider, and Cloudflare for the delivery and server-side computation of simulation tools. Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy in a portable form. Send a request to hans.schepers@follow-the-logic.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Tools hosted by partners

Some simulation tools developed by Follow The Logic are hosted by partner organisations. In those cases the hosting organisation is the controller for data you submit there, and their privacy policy applies.
